Students practiced and mastered some Japanese tongue twisters. I was surprised that they ended up being better than I am at saying them. After repeatedly practicing namamugi namagome namatamago, kaeru pyokopyoko mi-pyokopyoo awasete pyokopyoko mu-pyokopyoko, dojoo nyoronyoro ni-nyoronyoro awasete nyoronyoro shi-nyoronyoro, butaga butao butta butareta butaga butta butao butta, sumomomo momomo momonouchi momomo sumomomo momonouchi, they learned to sing a traditional song called nanatsu-no-ko and learned to say “let the crows caw as they like” well.
