この夏のクラスは全部オンラインでしなければなりませんでした。新しい文法をブレイクアウトルームに入って練習したり、全員で復習したりしました。でも！ブレイクアウトルーム（小さいグループで話す練習をする場）でがんばっていた6月3日（水）の10時33分にそれは起こりました。ブレイクアウトルームから学生に帰って来てもらおうと思ったんですが、ズームの 「ミーティング終了」をまちがえておして、クラスが急に終わってしまったんです。すぐに学生は「先生、ただいま。追い出されちゃいました！」と大笑いしながら帰って来てくれましたが、私は自分でもびっくりしてしまいました。ごめんちゃ～～い。。。じゃなくて、すみませんでした。

This summer we needed to meet online from the beginning to the end of the course. We practiced new grammar patterns in small breakout-rooms (students get to talk in small groups) as well as reviewing them in the large group. BUT it happened at 10:33 on Wednesday, June 3^rd! I was ready to have them return from their individual breakout-rooms when I accidentally pressed “End the meeting” and the class suddenly ended. All of the students came back immediately while laughing “Sensee, I’m back! I got kicked out!” Well, let me tell ya, I was shocked myself! Gomenchaaai (my baaad), I mean, sumimasendeshita  (apologies).
