Potato Bowl With Vegetables and Fried Tofu
In my family, we don’t cook much, but we sometimes make this food. I am a vegetarian, so I eat a lot of tofu. Vegetarians in America usually eat a lot of tofu. In Texas, we also eat a lot of mashed potatoes and corn. Everybody can easily make this, so go try it!
Ingredients: Serves 1 – 2
- Mashed potatoes (2 cups)
- One bag of peas (½ cup)
- One bag of corn (½ cup)
- Tofu (If you prefer meat, that is also okay)
- Frying oil (½ cup)
- First, deep fry your meat or tofu with the frying oil as preferred.
- Put the mashed potatoes into the bowl halfway. Use a spoon to create a dent right in the middle.
- Mix the peas and corn, then put them into the hole.
- When the frying is done, place the meat or tofu on top of the mashed potatoes.
- The bowl is finished!
