みんな大学生だから、教科書にもお酒に関する言葉や表現がたくさんあるんですが、このクラスでは全てがPG-13（13歳未満お断り）じゃなくて、PG-ライス（ライス大学に見合った内容）ということを目標に時々学習内容を調節しています。例えば、「お酒を飲みませんか」の代わりに「プルーンジュースを飲みませんか」と言ったりしています。

Because they’re university students, the textbook is full of words and expressions related to alcohol, but in this class we go by PG-13, I mean, PG-Rice. This means that we had to adjust some of the materials. For example, where it says “Why don’t we drink sake together”, we practice the same grammar pattern by saying “Why don’t we drink prune juice together?”
